Behind our projects stand us – Heiko and Julia – driven by a passion for exceptional architecture and the highest level of craftsmanship.

Since last summer, our son Leonardo has also been part of our team. As a child, he often joined us on many projects – always curious and fully involved. Today, he brings a fresh perspective, modern ideas, and genuine dedication – and step by step, he is growing into the family business.
It makes us proud to inspire the next generation with our passion.

Heiko Jahn, founder and creative mind behind our work, is not only a designer but also a certified German master carpenter (Zimmerermeister). His roots lie in traditional craftsmanship – and with the master craftsman’s title, he holds one of the highest German qualifications in the construction trade. This foundation continues to stand for precision, quality, and enduring architectural craftsmanship.

We began our first projects in Mallorca as early as 1997 – at that time still based in Germany. In 2004, we took the next logical step: we relocated our life and work entirely to the island. Since then, we have been living and working year-round in Mallorca – a clear advantage that allows us to accompany every project with personal commitment, in-depth local knowledge, and long-established connections.

Thanks to our many years of presence on the island, we maintain close relationships with local authorities, craftsmen, and partners – a trusted network that enables us to execute even the most demanding construction projects efficiently and smoothly.

Over the past two decades, we have designed and built more than 20 exclusive luxury properties in Mallorca – each one a unique creation that combines the highest design standards with solid craftsmanship.
Our work is recognized beyond the island and is now appreciated across Europe.
