Heiko Jahn, founder and creative force behind Unique Properties, is both a designer and a certified German Master Carpenter (Zimmerermeister). Rooted in traditional craftsmanship, he holds one of the highest qualifications in the German construction industry. We completed our first projects in Mallorca in 1997 before relocating our lives and business to the island in 2004. Today, we live and work in Mallorca year-round, offering our clients personal commitment, in-depth local knowledge, and a well-established network of authorities, craftsmen, and trusted partners.
Over the past decades, we have designed and delivered more than 20 exclusive properties in Mallorca. Each one is unique, combining individual architecture, exceptional craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail.
